But I didn’t always lead this way.

I built my brand from the ground up, no blueprint, no team, no viral moment. Just a big vision, a whole lot of grit, and a voice I didn’t fully trust yet. I hit the goals. Sold the programs. Booked the clients. And then? I burned out. Quietly. Elegantly. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together. On the inside, I was exhausted from holding a business that no longer reflected who I was becoming.

So I stopped. I stripped everything back.

And I rebuilt with intention.
